Our clients are a young, dynamic company which focuses on delivering top quality solutions & innovative features to its players. They are currently supporting their newly launched casino and due to their recent growth, are looking or  Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Executive to join the team!  


Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Acting as a first point of contact between customers and our respective brands
  •  Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional and responsible manner
  • Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers per agreed standards
  • Aiming to resolve all issues at first contact
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries in a prompt manner
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback
  • Undertake any other administrative duties that will directly improve customer experience and add further value to the team and the company
  • Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job
  • Support in the creation of new and engaging content and constantly improving all brand content


Our Requirements:

  • Native fluency in the Norwegian language and strong command of the English language
  • An obsession with customer experience and demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to support our esteemed clients
  • A team player with a flexible approach to collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset
  • 1 to 2 years iGaming experience 
  • Can do attitude, willing to be hands on where necessary
  • Out going personality and can work on their own initiative
  • People who think differently and want to impact the success of the company
  • People who will take ownership and want to progress
  • Duties will not just be limited to Customer Support, opportunity to work within Content, CRM, Affiliates etc (mass room for growth over time)
