Job Description:

What is expected of you?

  • Ensure efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation, commissioning and handing over of all the systems
  • Review installation plans and specifications to ensure that the building and clients’ needs are delivered
  • Co-ordinate services required
  • Review projects from a financial aspect
  • Ensure that all regulations and health and safety requirements are met
  • Participate in meetings, present ideas and progress reports to managers and clients

Job Requirements:

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in building services (mechanical / electrical)
  • Possess a valid Driving Licence
  • Excellent proficiency in both Maltese & English
  • Knowledge of current construction practices and safety on site
