A leading provider of Saas technology, Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing is looking for a Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

Management / Human Resource

  • Manage and supervise team(s) specialized in Order To Cash Cycle to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all processes and compliance with the established policies and communication
  • Ensures KPIs achievement defined with the client and/or internally
  • Provide full support to all team members and promote proximity management
  • Ensure his/her team has adequate training to meet to client needs
  • To commit to team growth: performance management, half-year evaluations, additional performance
  • Be part of the decision-making process for recruitment of a member of his/her team(s)
  • Be responsible for his/her team regarding attendance and discipline where he/she may seek support from management and HR
  • Roll out internal communication to his/her team(s), create and foster a cooperative environment

Operations & Reporting

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for the client for any matter regarding the delivery of the client’s contract
  • Ensure understanding, training and application of Standard Operations Procedures (SOP or Modus Operandi) defined with the client(s)
  • Ensure written updates of the SOP when changes occur after the implementation phase
  • Be responsible for the quality delivered by his/her team regarding written and oral communication with the client/debtors of the client/DSOGroup organization
  • Promote creative and proactive solutions to improve day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction
  • Initiate recommendations for process development based on analysis of the productivity and offer solutions and suggestions for process and products
  • Provide and communicate reports about team productivity and performance

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum Diploma / Bac+2 in Accounting / Management / ACCA Level 2
  • Experience in Order To Cash Cycle in a BPO environment
  • At least 2 years of Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisory positions
