Business Director Lead the BT Mexico, Central América & Caribbean Operational Strategy and align it to BT Global Standards and Drive Key Operational Indicators that Impact customer satisfaction towards BT global Standards Responsibilities + Regional & Local Coordination + The Business will be the Regional Focal point, leading local teams (dotted line) supporting programs/projects & Initiatives with the regional heads. + Total Alignment & Coordination between Regional Operational heads (TSO/FServices, Service Assurance, cust Service) is key for a successful outcome. Governance + Lead, manage & Drive the Región Operations Governance team, Including + Schedule monthly meetings with Key Stake holders, organize Agenda & Topics + Track Key project & Initiatives + Design & Implement and update an operational dashboard that includes KPI for the following areas (not exclusive) + Service Assurance + Service Delivery + Customer service + Network Operational health Business Growth + The Business Director will be supporting Mayor deals making sure those deals are operationally supportable and aligned w/ BT’s operational strategy. + Interact w/ Product Marketing on development & implementation of key new products in the Region Drive Key company initiatives + Sponsor of Cost Transformation & Revenue Assurance initiatives + Sponsor Continuous Improvement Program + Teaming w/ Regional heads, Drive Región Infrastructure Investment Plan + Identify & Develop the next 2/3 years plan Qualifications: + Typically qualified to postgraduate level or equivalent in business discipline. + Skills/Experience: + Fluent English + Technical Telecom knowledge &experience (4 years) + Business & commercial experience including detailed understanding of P&L management. + Would be experienced in all elements of managing major outsourced contracts or other related positions, specifically management of a P&L. + A strong leader with exceptional customer relationship skills, able to quickly build and maintain relationships at the most senior levels both externally and internally. + Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills. **Job:** _Business Management_ **Title:** _Operations Manager_ **Location:** _Mexico-Mexico City-Mexico City_ **Requisition ID:** _63379_
