Job Description:

As a member of our Sales Team your job will be:
  • To interface between the Sales section and other departments such as Project Management, Legal, Consulting,
  • Product Management and Marketing.
  • The coordination and organization of meetings and presentations (internal and external).
  • To be responsible for the preparation of recorded discussions, evaluations etc.
  • To function as a contact person for our customers via mail and on the phone.
  • Continuous research and documentation of new- and existing customers (analysis, evaluations, preparing reports and so forth) will be included in your work.
  • The management of leads.
  • The support of regional manager with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • You, as a central key-user, are responsible for our CRM-system incl. the conception and implementation of
  • existing and new workflows.
  •  Located in the Netherlands or Germany or its border regions, so fluent Dutch shouldn’t be an issue for you.

Job Requirements:

How to convince us:
  • You’ve completed commercial education, ideally with two or more years of work experience in internal sales
  • service
  • You possess excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ideally in MS Dynamics CRM
  • With Excellent analytical skills.
  • You are independent with an active working style and a very good time- and self-management (in home office).
  •  You provide a great readiness of mind for specialized topics and processes of the Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • You present very high level of service and communication skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably have other foreign languages skills like French and/or German.
  • You are eager to work and ready to start as soon as possible.
The contractual working hours are scheduled to 4 days per week and the job itself would start as soon as possible.
