YME is responsible for coordinating the marketing and sales and service activities of Yamaha Motor products in the European marketplace, mainly: Yamaha motorcycles and scooters, marine outboard engines, Wave runner water vehicles, 4-wheel All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s), golf cars, snowmobiles and generators.

Within the Parts and Accessories Division of Yamaha Motor Europe NV., Located at Schiphol-Rijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic

Regional Coordinator


The position of Regional coordinator requires a strong and commercial customer focus. You will be part of the European P&A Sales Department which is responsible for the European sales, planning and delivery of Yamaha Genuine parts and accessories program which contributes significantly to the company operating results.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Acting with a customer centric mindset, as first point of contact via email and telephone for all European and overseas customers in providing requested information.
  • Monitor and process customer orders; system entry and customer confirmation; Taking care of all required administrative acts; following the Yamaha Motor Europe policies & guidelines.
  • Deal with internal and external customer complaints and resolve the issue as necessary, in and international environment with many stakeholders.
  • On frequent base provide reports and feedback on the operation to Department and or Division management.
  • Eager and committed to deliver pro-active support to P&A and Unit Product Marketing teams.
  • Assist in developing work procedures and instructions.

  • Education on MBO+ or HBO level with an interest in sales support;
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in a B2B customer service and/or technical-commercial environment;
  • Experienced with MS Office applications (Excel etc.) and ERP systems;
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written), other language skills are an asset;
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, resistant to pressure and react quickly to changing priorities;
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with an attention for details and work with deadlines/ delivery dates;
  • Technical affinity and or interest with our products (Motorcycle, ATV, Marine), MC driving license (asset).
