Together, they develop a motivated, diverse and engaged global team. **Description** As the Director of Total Rewards Operations, you will be accountable for: + Provide leadership and oversight to deliver integrated Total Rewards Operations and program excellence; + Define and create TR Operations roadmap aligned to COE strategy; + Defines metrics and ensure quality program delivery and end-to-end accountability; + Partner with stakeholders to manage and ensure program compliance; + Drive effective stakeholder relationships and creates feedback loop to inform further process & service improvements; + Manage complex exceptions and / or service issue escalations to root cause and resolution; + Practice and execute global and local program standards with consistency; + Seek innovative ways to obtain operational excellence with a focus on consumer experience; **Qualifications** + 10+ years of benefits and compensation administration experience; + 7+ years of people leadership experience; + Extensive knowledge of local benefits and compensation regulations including taxation requirements; + Demonstrated experience effectively managing third party vendors. **Qualifications** + 10+ years of benefits and compensation administration experience; + 7+ years of people leadership experience; + Extensive knowledge of local benefits and compensation regulations including taxation requirements; + Demonstrated experience effectively managing third party vendors.
