We are building a cloud services automation platform that makes it fast, easy and secure for major law firms to adopt and manage artificial intelligence, smart contract and other new technologies. Backed by a consortium of leading law firms as well as influential investors, we aim to play a leading role in a rapidly advancing transformation of the practice of law.

Our platform enables law firms to efficiently utilize a broad range of cloud applications while maintaining a single, secure hosting and storage solution for all firm and client content and data. The platform offers application vendors clear, consistent integration APIs and automates provisioning, service configuration, customer self-management, mediation and rating, multi-model and multi-currency billing and reconciliation for cloud applications. The platform also enables a consistent, state-of-the-art approach to application training and support.

We are seeking a highly ambitious executive to serve as VP, Application Vendor Relationships and lead our efforts to populate our platform with best in applications by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships with vendors of artificial intelligence, smart contract and other new technologies targeting the large law firm market.

This is a high reward opportunity to become a founding member of an entrepreneurial management group with unprecedented access to $2-4 billion revenue law firms that are highly motivated to mitigate risk and seize competitive advantage by accelerating their adoption of new technologies.

The position reports to our Founder/CEO and, ideally, is based in our Amsterdam headquarters, although working out of our San Francisco office or remotely are also possibilities.

Package includes competitive salary and benefits plus significant equity.


  • Identify industry changing technologies by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations, reading publications and developing personal networks with our Consortium partners, academics and other experts in the fields we target.
  • Meet prospective vendors and promote our platform and the potential benefits to integrating applications into our platform using our APIs and other standards.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Drive deals and stronger relationships by bringing together and developing pilots between application vendors and law firms using our platform.
  • Represent the point of view of the vendor community in internal strategic and planning discussions.
  • Recruit, organize and inspire multi-cultural team of junior relationship managers.
  • Help build progressive learning culture.

Job Requirements:



Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or relationship management within the technology industry.
  • Strong passion for business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent prospecting, presenting, sales planning and closing skills.
  • High energy level.
  • Professionalism.
  • General understanding of the legal technology sector and the culture, working environment and business models of major law firms.
  • Basic understanding of modern software architecture and cloud based technical infrastructures including data centers, servers and corporate IT.
  • Conversant with respect to artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Proven ability to recruit and manage geographically dispersed teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set; self-starter, strategically focused, with attention to detail, and good business judgment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • JD, MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience working with multi-client SaaS/cloud applications and APIs.
  • Experience working in the legal sector.
  • Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry where there is need for “bullet proof” IT (performance, security and data integrity.)
  • Previous early stage start-up experience.
