Job Description:

I am looking for a Global Product Engineering Manager for our client in The Hague area. This is a position at least 6 months with the possibility to extend.



Project Description:

As a Hardware Development Team Manager you will be supporting the Global R&D Manager for an assigned domain in the planning and management of research and development (R&D) activities and resources. You will be functionally coordinating HW Project Engineering research activities in all Global R&D Locations. You are also responsible to setup and following the new development process. Also recruiting of new employees and the development of your current team members is one of your main responsibilities.



The ideal candidate has the following skills:

* or MSc. in Electrical Engineering
* 10 years+ of experience in industrial R&D, Project Management, Manufacturing technologies and Processes
* Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
* Strongly motivated in working in a very dynamic and fast growing business environment
* Available for regular International travelling
