Our international client are at the forefront of integrated IT business solutions. They are seeking a Business Software Consultant to support their Spanish market. The successful candidate will join an international team of dedicated support and sales representatives in a great working environment. This role is diverse, exciting, fast paced and involves daily changing of gears. You will be working from the company’s head office located in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. The role offers 3 months training.

Main Tasks

Our client is specifically looking for a new team member to help in their efforts to generate sales opportunities for their partners. Your primary role will to be capture expressions of interest and leads, qualify and nurture those opportunities until they are ready to be handed over to a partner to continue the sales process.

* You will work as part of the Marketing Team and play an important role in turning Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads and transferring these to the right partners for final sale.
* You are the first point of contact for potential customers in the marketing/orientation phase of their buying journey.
* You work closely together with the marketing team to set-up, execute and improve lead generation in a nurturing manner.
* You will be working with online media such as website, blog, chat, e-mail, web-meeting and social media (management) tools, so experience with these is highly preferred.
* You are capable of establishing relationships with potential customers by using social media, telephone, email and chat.
* You will be a spider in the web and be convincing in your communication with internal and external parties.
* Timely and correctly dealing with questions and/or complaints from sellers and buyers.
* Pro-actively signaling and initiating possible improvements in order to prevent questions, optimize processes, and improve the company’s platform.


* Native level of Spanish both written and spoken required.
* Fluent level in English both written and spoken required.
* Experience with the Spanish market highly preferred.
* You are experienced in working with Microsoft Office (experience with MS CRM is a plus).
* You have excellent telephone skills in order to establish and manage relationships with current and new customers.
* You are precise, dynamic and ambitious and know how to convince people in a nurturing way.
* You are both a self-starter and a team player, with a pro-active and customer centric attitude.
* Your work is accurate and punctual.
* You have a commercial drive and are service oriented.
