A gaming company have an exciting job opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Technical Support to join their team in Manila, Philippines. If you have a high sense of responsibility and good communication skills, this job could be perfect for you!

Your key job responsibilities as the Mandarin speaking Technical Support in Manila, Philippines will include:

  • Provide after-sales technical support for the company's products, and responding to customer requests through telephone / mail / IM software within a specified time
  • Responsible for accepting technical support requests from customers and effectively recording and processing in the follow-up process
  • Responsible for quickly locating customer problems, according to relevant knowledge bases, technical documents to find corresponding solutions to known problems and provide professional answers
  • Case discussion, research and technical analysis with the R & D team when necessary to solve customer problems
  • Handle emergency upgrade cases
  • Understanding and collect customer problems and needs, analyzing and processing user needs, because of customer needs, effective control of demand changes
  • Timely resolution or communication of daily problems of IT systems

Job Requirements:

Requirements for this Mandarin speaking Technical Support job in Manila, Philippines:

  • Bachelor degree or above or more than three years of development / testing work
  • Have a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, logical analysis ability, and continuous learning ability
  • Be able to deal with problems independently
  • Familiar with Linux operating system and commands, familiar with MySQL database, able to write SQL statements proficiently
  • Relevant IT technology certification preferred
  • 5 years of development experience or 5 years of testing experience is preferred
  • Experience in software technical support, software training, and after-sales service is preferred
