  • Location: Katowice, Silesian region, Poland
  • Working hours: 6-18h (shift work 8h) – from Monday to Friday, no on call duty
  • Experience working: we are looking for candidates with all levels of experience - from Junior to Senior Administrators
  • Remote work: currently 100% remote work

Project scope:

  • Administration of Windows servers: standards, file and printing servers
  • Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standardized operating procedures
  • Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs
  • Troubleshooting
  • Support for Patch Management

Job Requirements:

Competence demands:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Computer science or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Essential awareness of Windows Services like DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, IIS services
  • Very good verbal & written English skills
