JOB TITLE: HR Data Entry Analyst LOCATION: Krakow (Poland) REPORTS TO: HRSS Manager Poland Operating as part of a Global Centralized HR Support Center, the HR Data Entry Associates are responsible for updating and maintaining HR data in Oracle and other HR tools. HR Data Entry Associates are providing support to all HDS employees globally. This function will have primary responsibility for day to day processing of HR data and update in one of HR systems as well as reporting activities and support of the Business; interacting with employees and managers on a variety of HR issues; processing terminations, new hires and all employment changes. Fast pace, heavy workload, changing priorities, demanding clients are part of the environment. Work is generally of a critical, time-sensitive or confidential nature. HR Data Entry Associates will work in varying shifts allowing for support coverage during core business hours within EMEA. Job Overview/Functions: + Maintains data in HR applications including employee record updates, table maintenance and interface monitoring. HR applications include Oracle HR, performance management tool, recruitment tool, corporate directory, etc. + Performs ongoing data audits/reviews for data accuracy and compliance, including payroll validation, and self-service transactions. + Act as the first point of contact for questions or queries about the information contained within Oracle + Works with HR, Finance and Payroll to resolve data discrepancies. + Generates and distributes standard & adhoc HR reports. + Assists in the maintenance of HRIS user guides and training materials. + Participates in different phases of HR systems projects including requirements gathering, testing, training and post production support as required. + Answers and/or escalates questions from employees and managers submitted via HR case management tool. + Work is of a critical and/or confidential nature. + 0-2 years of data entry experience. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. + Intermediate MS Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. + Very good attention to detail + Must be self-motivated and detailed oriented. + Good analytical skills + Ability to multi-task and to prioritize + Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication. + English proficiency
