Role
Your job will be to provide quality support for the employees who will contact you regarding an issue they are having at work (with colleagues, hierarchy…). You’ll be responsible for providing support regarding different cases via telephone or e-mail in accordance with service level requirements.

Missions
  • Take incoming complaints from employees having problems or difficulties at work. Log calls details onto case management systems.
  • Report all the cases in English to the department concerned.
  • Keeps supervisor and team members informed of problems and progress. Participates in team projects that enhance efficiency of Employee support agent services

Job Requirements:

Essential Criteria:
  • Native speaker level in Spanish;
  • C1 level written and verbal in English;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Ability to listen difficult cases;
  • Experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills; Working with Others - Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment;
  • Planning & Organizing - Good multi-tasking and typing skills. Preferential Criteria: Customer Focus - 6 months outstanding customer service experience providing product technical support.

Fixed Bonuses:
Holiday Bonus and Christmas Bonus are paid every month, independent of assiduity or performance.

Variable Bonus: Shifts Bonus if applicable are paid at the end of the following month. Night shifts (22:00-00:00) + weekend allowance = + 25% base / per hour Night shifts (00:00-07:00) = + 50% base / per hour.

Work Schedule

40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 24/24h. Your operational hours may be subject to change due to operational requirements. The nature of your employment is such that you will work whatever hours may be necessary to fulfill the duties of your post. Flexibility is important. Obligations placed upon you and tasks required of you will inevitably vary and develop with the growth of the Company. Therefore as and when considered necessary or appropriate you are liable to transfer to or undertake other duties, within your competence and within reason, to meet fluctuations or priorities in work demands.
