Your Task
As a customer customer service representative, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries, advice or review processes. Become part of our international team and secure the best possible services to all final customers of our client.
• Inbound Customer Service;
• Secure respectable waiting times for our customers and answer questions at the highest level by phone, email and live chat;
• They guarantee excellent service quality and efficiency to achieve our team goals;
• You advise our customers competently and offer active newest offers.

Expiry and compensation training

An intensive training of all new employees is the foundation of a successful career.

Your training will normally have a duration of approximately two weeks. During the training you will
get an insight into your future working field. This includes:
 integration into the team ;
 enrollment in software systems for electronic data processing;
 Comprehensive product training offers and services our clients;
 Introduction to customer relationship management and telephone support;
 Practical insights into everyday work and independent development of training content.

Your working hours
 The necessary availability for the project is between 00:00 and 24:00 clock including rotative weekend work;
 In spite of the temporal limitation of your work (160h / month) can be your working hours sometimes divided irregularly (Example: 50h - Week 1 and Week 2 30h);

Vacation and holidays
Since you sign a Portuguese employment, apply also to the Portuguese holidays. If you are working on a Portuguese holiday, you get a percentage surcharge on basic salary for that day.
Your leave entitlement is governed by Portuguese law.

BIn Portugal you will receive holiday and Christmas bonuses. These are respectively the amount of your basic salary.
