Your Task 
As a customer service representative, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries, advice or  review processes. Become part of our international team and secure the best possible services to all final customers of our client. 
• Inbound Customer Service; 
• Secure respectable waiting times for our customers and answer questions at the highest level by  phone, email and live chat; 
• They guarantee excellent service quality and efficiency to achieve our team goals; 
• You advise our customers competently and offer active newest offers. 

Job Requirements:

Your working hours 
 The necessary availability for the project is between 00:00 and 24:00 clock including rotative 
weekend work; 
 In spite of the temporal limitation of your work (160h / month) can be your working hours 
sometimes divided irregularly (Example: 50h - Week 1 and Week 2 30h);
