Our client is a prestigious multinational company recognized for its provision of services to the level of Outsourcing Contact Center, which following its growth strategy in Portugal intends to strengthen its team with the hiring of Assistant Call Center - German.

 

Function Description:
- To support and clarify the various clients and give the necessary support;
- Provide support and clarification to the sales force and customers;
- Update the business information systems;
- Manage the activities of business partners to support commercial activity;
- Develop diagnostics of technical issues and forward them to the Technical Department;
- Management and customer loyalty;

 

Candidate profile:
- Minimum level to 12th grade education;
- Native level German;
- Experience in tourism, logistics and communications (preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts and rotating days off;
- Objective oriented focus;
- Good communication and customer support skills;
- Proactive and dynamic Spirit;
- Analysis capability.
