Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Danish speaker candidates for a Customer Service Advisor position at a multinational Contact Center located in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate should have fluency in English too.
 
You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 47 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.
 
Responsibilities
Managing Inbound Calls and e-mails.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Perform data entry and use software programs.
Troubleshoot customer problems.

Job Requirements:

Profile
Native Danish Speaker.
English (B2 level minimum).
Good computer skills.
Fast typing skills.
Previous experience in Call Center.

Salary Benefits:

One year contract with the possibility of renewal.
Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day (Rotational shifts and Weekends).
Accommodation (1 room in a shared apartment located in Lisbon).
