Job Description:

You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 46 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.
We are currently recruiting 8 Swedish Native/Fluent and English speakers to Lisbon, Portugal, for a job position for Customer Service.
The work location is in Portugal, Lisbon, Parque das Nações (Expo Atlântico).
Work schedule: Monday to Sunday between 7am to 8pm (Rotational Work Schedule and Weekends)
You will have training during 3 weeks, that’s paid by your client.
Training Date: 14th of March 2016
Training Schedule: from 9am to 6pm

  • Respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
  • Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times
  • Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
  • Have knowledge of all products and services, understanding their use and functionality
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions


Job Requirements:

Language Requirements: Native/Fluent Swedish and English
The candidates must have the following skills:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience at least one year in similar position (technical support & customer service)
Mandatory Requirements:
  • References for all applicants from previous employees
  • High School Degree
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of PC (Hardware, Software, Internet)
  • Advanced knowledge on MS Office
  • Typing speed: 17 words/minute
  • Use of production tools
  • Client’s logging system

Salary Benefits:

Type of Contract:
  • One year contract with the possibility of renewal for a periods of 12 months
Information: The contract is signed after training, depending on trainee’s lack of absenteeism or (unjustified) delays and adequate score on final test. Strong possibility for a permanent contract after these 3 years of contract.
Salary (room included):
  • 1,296.12€ (with fixed bonuses included)
  • Variable Bonus
Salary (without room):
  • 1,380.69€ (with fixed bonuses included)
  • Variable Bonus
