You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 47 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.

Job Description/ Tasks
  • To ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice
  • To actively listen and pay attention to client issues
  • To resolve client queries and problems according to the TP values by email, phone call or chat
  • Good problem solving skills

Job Requirements:

Required Skills/ Experience Background
  • Educational Level: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical Accreditations and Specializations: With Experience at Least 3 months in similar position (Technical Support or Costummer Care)
  • Advenced Knowledge of PC (Hardware, Software, Internet)
  • Native English Speaking

Salary Benefits:

  • Fixed Term Contract per one year
  • 8 hours per day / 5 day per week - working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 24:00
  • Salary: 1100 € plus monthy perfomance bonus - 0-200 €
  • Travel Expenses are payed by our client 
  • Acommodation: Our client offer the first 15 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations
  • The company also offers Greek lessons, free Real Estate Agency fee & other Benefits
  • 14th Month payment
