Job Description:

As a member of Customer Care Support you will be responsible to deliver an amazing customer care experience regarding products and service related to the different components.
• Handling customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism;
• Respond to queries related to products, store locations, services, general inquiries and policies;
• Providing fast and effective communication via PMI’s program(s);
• Working with multiple mainframe, software, and web-based programs;
• Ability to adapt to changing demands of the work environment;
• Escalates potential unresolved calls to higher support levels.
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering

Job Requirements:

Essential Criteria:
• Native Level of French spoken and written (C2 level); or Dutch (C1/C2) spoken and written
• Intermediate level of English language, spoken and written (B1);
• Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints according to Philip Morris policies;
• A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette;
• Ability to thrive in an Multi-channel contact center environment;
• High degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail.
• Working with Others - Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.
