Job Description:

Customer Support - make semi-technical support for the application software and its device. Questions can be of a financial nature (difficulties in making / receiving payment, extracts) or technical (problems with the payment device) and troubleshooting (bugs in the application software).

 

Job Requirements:


Requirements:

English Native / Fluent; Local Candidates; Previous experience in Contact Center and if possible at the technical level; Completed High School; Immediate availability.

Work Schedule:

From Monday to Sunday from 08h to 20h, times and rotating slots.
