Job Description:

Technical & Sales Support. Agents will provide customer support to Telecommunication company customers using the Connected Car Service. The main function will be to assist customers in joining, changing and canceling contracts, plus any technical problems that may arise. There is also the commercial part of upselling and cross selling.

Job Requirements:

Requirement:

English Native / Fluent; Soft/ Skills; Technical Skills; Completed High School; Commercial Profile and immediate availability.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Sunday, from 12 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with rotating schedules, a set slack on Sunday and a rotating slack during the week
