Job Description:

Our client ,  is an industry leading systems integrator specialising in audiovisual, building controls, fire & security systems, lighting, information technology, broadcast, and hospitality management solutions in Qatar.

The company’s major focus is designing, installing, testing, operating and maintaining integrated system solutions for a wide variety of environments including governmental and educational institutions, health care organisations, and corporate clients such as hotels, retailers, and leading companies in various sectors. With a unique combination of technical knowledge and innovation, our client has experienced considerable growth since its inception in 1990's.

Job purpose:

1) Plan and execute the project in accordance with the Client specification, agreed contract, Programme schedule, Project Management methodology and Quality operating procedures 

2) Manage Controllable costs and cash flow via Project Management tools and Database, and cost to Completion forecasts to maximise profitability and control working capital. 

3) Provide accurate resource forecasts and early visibility of potential risks and delays to the programme by third parties, suppliers and subcontractors. 

4) Support the project team in achieving compliance with the Clients requirements and meeting the operational and business objectives of the project. 

Job Requirements:

  • Primavera / Ms Project proficiency
  • Management of large multi disciplined, integrated Security Projects. 
  • Has the ability to interpret specifications and contract requirements and deliver fully compliant solutions and execution plans. 
  • Has a proven ability to lead a major projects design and delivery team. 
  • Has proven ability to control project costs, manage change, identify and mitigate risk. 
  • Provides detailed financial performance reports and forecasts to an advanced level. 
  • Good organisational skills, Experience of working within operations teams, able to plan and communicate well with the team, Suppliers and customers. 
  • Prince 2 Methodology, PMP, PMI, and AMP certified candidates preferable, not essential
