Job Description:

We would entrust you to:
•    Provide frontline support to the company's customers 
•    Handle incoming requests and requests from customers via e-mail and chat 
•    Maintain high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction
•    Solve user problems and answer questions in most efficient and timely manner
•    Provide management with regular & ad hoc reports, comply with the procedures and instructions 
•    Be a team player and grow with the company

Job Requirements:

• Excellent command of Chinese language (level HSK 6) 
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level
• Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in a call center, or in other customer care sector will considered an advantage
• Good computer literacy, especially in web-based applications
• Availability of workstation with a computer isolated from the background noise, including headset and good internet connection
• High efficiency, focus on results, punctuality, ability to work according to the instructions provided
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Part-time position with long-term contract ( working hours: from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am in Asia timezone)
