The Role on Offer…
  • Work jointly with the Business Units’ Managers to develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue across the Group
  • Review, develop and ensure compliance of commercial standards, protocols and schemes
  • Monitor, compile and utilize market, customer and competitive information to yield and help direct the sales team towards business opportunities
  • Compile business related revenue / commercial statistics and interpret them i.e. trends, operational defects, sales and communication gaps
  • Builds, manages and ensures implementation and effectiveness of continuous performance management and sales effectiveness programs.
  • ROI-tracking of business promotions, packages and campaigns
  • Consults, trains, mentors and coaches Sales Managers in areas that include performance issues and overall sales effectiveness
  • Ever-ready to slot in to act/cover for any General Manager vacancies across the Group when the need arises

Job Requirements:

What is Expected
  • Dynamic business leader with good track record in a senior leasing / commercial / business development role with commercial real estate, workspace and/or B2B environments 
  • Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, act with a sense of urgency and interface with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in sales training, leadership development, presentation and/or coaching skills will be advantageous
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including ability to present to top decision makers
