Job Description:

The role of the BeReal.Estate Administrative Services Specialist will revolve around direct communication with the network's team members. The Member Services Specialist will be responsible for maintaining professional and timely responses for all BeReal.Estate member’s and business partner’s requests. The specialist's role will be to ensure all prospects, business partners, and members have access to all of the information and assistance they require. This position is based around direct communication with professionals in the Real Estate investment industry, and will require a professional composure at all times. The Services Specialist must be an organized individual who is motivated and shares the same vision for success as the BeReal.Estate team members and partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Receive and respond to all public and member inquiries in a timely matter 
  • Treat all clients and business partners with respect and           professionalism, and always maintaining a positive and motivated attitude
  • Assist members with back office and website functions by email or Skype meeting 
  • Schedule meetings with referral partners and participate in networking for new business partners
  • Maintain and navigate the company's member database 
  • Process commission income and transfer funds                 to BeReal.Estate member's on a weekly basis 
  • To assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensure that the office is left in a tidy and clean condition each day
  • Ensuring to accommodate clients and business partners in the office, always greeting guests, offering them refreshments, offering to hang jackets, etc.
  • Account for Membership Payments and activate Membership Accounts 
  • Prepare company email templates and newsletters 
  • Organize and maintain all company documentation and email platforms
  • Fluent and professional English language and writing skills
  • Proficiency on web based technology and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Basic accounting skills and the ability to learn new accounting software
  • Organization skills and time management is essential 
  • Ability to be self motivated
