The stunning city of South Africa, Cape Town doesn’t just offer amazing, once in a lifetime adventure and opportunities, it also offers amazing and very beneficial jobs.  Our client is looking for an Arabic speaking Desk Support Agent whom will be the first point of contact for the users calling in to their Service Desk.  Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with queries via telephonic and online conversations and to solve any problem they might be experiencing.  You will be providing the highest of customer service and numerous other related tasks.
 
Your key job responsibilities as the Arabic speaking Desk Support Agent in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
 
  • Monitoring and reporting of systems: Network/System up time
  • Ensure agent availability
  • Ensure accurate call resolution
  • System performance and transaction volumes reporting
  • Primary responsibility is user support and customer service
  • Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance
