A large Tour Operator, providing licensed Package Holidays to destinations across Africa, Europe, and Asia have fantastic job opportunities for a fluent Greek speaker to join their team as a Greek speaking Resort Team Leader in Cape Town, South Africa. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Resort based Customer helpers to deliver VIP customer service at all times. The Greek speaking Resort Team Leader in Cape Town, South Africa will plan rosters to ensure their team are visiting their customers at their hotels at the optimum times and are on hand to share their great insider knowledge of the resort, suggesting recommendations of excursions they provide that match their needs and ensure they have a great holiday.

Job Requirements:

You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with their local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery.
