Your key responsibilities as the Swedish speaking Client Service Agent in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
  • Meet daily service level requirements in dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Meet daily turnaround times by ensuring customer requests are resolved
  • Record keeping of enquiries and changes made from inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis
  • Check that customer requests are resolved by ensuring that external parties complete the enquiry or change/s within the agreed turnaround time
  • Meet daily service delivery to customers as per set quality assurance guidelines
  • Maintain customers’ relationships by following quality assurance guidelines
