This exciting German Service Desk Analyst speaker’s job offers an industry topping salary, and allows you to use your foreign language skills based in the company’s offices in Durban, South Africa. For this German Service Desk Analyst job in Durban, South Africa, you will be working in 1st and 2nd line technical support, logging and tracking incidents and requests. You will be offering remote support to customers and troubleshooting network related issues, particularly pertaining to LAN, WAN and telephone related issues.
