Are you fluent in Arabic and looking to work in Cape Town, South Africa? We have an exciting job opportunity for you! A leading BPO company is looking for a techno-savvy, customer-focused Arabic speaking Customer Service Consultant to join their team in Cape Town, South Africa

Your key job responsibilities as the Arabic speaking Customer Service Consultant in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

  • Delivering high-quality service via email, chat and phone support platforms to in-coming contacts from Europe, the Middle East and Africa
  • Building loyalty among new users and getting early adopters to fall in love with the service all over again
  • Issuing bills and processing payments
  • Keeping up-to-date with related program content

Job Requirements:

Requirements for this Arabic speaking Customer Service Consultant job in Cape Town, South Africa:

  • Matric certificate
  • Above-average proficiency in written English & Arabic (Modern Standard, not Traditional)
  • Have previous experience working with international customers
  • A minimum of 6 months relevant working experience in a similar role, within a high-volume, customer service/contact centre environment is essential
  • A customer-centric approach to resolving user queries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A “can-do” attitude, high energy and drive
  • A high proficiency using computers - typing, quickly navigating between various urls
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
  • A passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
