Job Description:

Create, maintain and execute a sales business plan for the Hospitality domain based on opportunity and customer needs.  This role will involve driving large engagements and position RateGain in the technology and hospitality landscape. Will require building long-term customer relationships with C level executives and other stakeholders, understanding the industry trends while growing RateGain’s revenue in the defined market segment.

 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define the sales strategy through a Strategic Account Plan to increase customer footprint for RateGain’s Solution offerings in different market segments.
  • Build a process of strategic account mapping and C Level relationships leveraging presales, consulting and the partner management teams.
  • Ability to build C Level relationships with top executives CMOs, CEO’s via value based selling involving ROI analysis
  • Demonstrate sound market knowledge around areas similar to RG product offerings, Hospitality domain and Industry happenings.
  • Sound business acumen around Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Maintain regular pipeline forecasts and provide business health checks to senior sales management.
  • Work with hospitality tech partners to increase RateGain brand penetration in defined market segments.

Job Requirements:

Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum of 8 – 14 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling, persuasion  and negotiation
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and troubleshooting skills along with a proactive, sales-oriented personality.
  • Exposure in revenue management from Hospitality domain will be preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region
  • Ability to work under pressure with dynamic work load and time pressure
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers
  • Must be Proactive, self motivated and Results-driven
Note: Candidate can be located anywhere in Europe, would be required to travel frequently.
