Job Description:

HELP AND SUPPORT 
•We will try to offer you continuity and to send you always to the same clinic (whenever it’s possible). 
•We can place you in private and public hospitals in various regions of Sweden. 
•We offer an intensive Swedish language course – up to B2 level.
•We’ll help you obtain your European Professional Card. •We provide you with accommodation and scholarship during the language course. 
•You will have one of our mentors at your workplace to guide you and to answer all your questions. 

WORKING CONDITIONS 
•You will work in rotation: 4 weeks work-2 weeks off (other rotation is also possible)
•You will be paid by hour; the more you work the more you earn. 
•Your work shift can’t be longer than 13 hours/day. •You need to have min 36 hours rest per week.
•You must work minimum 38 hours/week, and can’t work more than 57 hours/week. 
•You will be responsible for 10-12 patients.
•On your first assignment you will receive 4 weeks of introduction at the clinic, followed by 4 weeks of work. 

THE CONTRACT 
•You will be employed by our partnering company.
•You will have a Swedish temporary employment coтtract of 2 years – which can be prolonged after 18 months.
•Your salary will be paid out monthly.
•Our partnering company will find you accommodation in Sweden.
•You will be insured (liability insurance and individual accident insurance) in Sweden.
•Everything in your contract will be according to the union agreement.
•During the intensive language training our partner offers a student loan of 3400 euro (scholarship + accommodation), which you will start to pay back once you started your employment in Sweden. 

CAREER GROWTH STEPS
Your monthly salary could be higher if you work shifts (night, evening, weekends), overtime and extra shifts – The more you work, the more you earn. 

New Nurse: first time in Sweden on a project with 100% help and support. Gross basic salary: 21.5 euro/hour; approx. 3400 euro gross/month.

Independent Nurse: after 9-18 months working, based on evaluation. Gross basic salary: 22.5 euro/hour; approx. 3600 euro gross/month.

Senior Nurse: after 18-24 months working, based on evaluation. Gross basic salary: 25.5 euro/hour; approx. 4100 euro gross/month.

Mentor: after 18-24 months working, based on evaluation. Gross basic salary: 25.5 euro/hour + 250 euro/month fixed bonus.
