If you are a senior Private Banker with strong and deep relationships with your clients and their families then we would like to talk to you. We are seeking seasoned relationship managers to join a large and well established wealth management business in Zurich. Base salaries are comparable to typical private banking salaries but the variable compensation is higher. The firm will put its extensive resources at your disposal to allow you to spend your time with your clients and waste as little time as possible on non-productive administrative tasks. Excellent products are available including Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Absolute Return, Private Equity and Lombard Lending. Assets are custodied at your clients’ choice of bank from a large menu of blue chip institutions and in the jurisdiction of their choice. The company attracts some of the world’s top private bankers by providing the resources and support to excel for their clients, with fewer restrictions and less bureaucracy.

To be considered you will have a well-established book of business and have a credible business plan for bringing assets to the firm which can be custodied at a choice of top rated banks in several jurisdictions. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and capable of managing their time and business working independently with clients and prospects, and not necessarily in the office. A solid teamwork approach is essential to work with the support team servicing your clients’ needs and for this you will need excellent communication skills. We are specifically looking for bankers managing assets of clients who are from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Colombia, although other clients will be considered if there is a very good business case.
