Sr Regulatory Affairs Specialist (50% FTE) – Top Global Pharma / Switzerland

On behalf of our Client who are a top global pharmaceutical company with global presence, we are looking for Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their RA team in Switzerland. This position is 50% FTE available for professionals willing to join the company on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing submission files of new products with respect to local regulations in Switzerland 
  • Monitoring, preparing and following-up on renewals for registered products
  • Closely collaborating with the Swiss Regulatory Authorities and internal RA departments
  • Ensuring high quality translations
  • Maintaining accurate files and documentation 

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in life sciences
  • At least 3 years of regulatory experience with pharmaceuticals in Switzerland 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English, knowledge of French or Italian would be an asset
