Customer and stakeholder manager-Swiss



Our client is well known on the market for their quality of the services they offer to number of industries including the Pharma industry. They are globally recognised and are an employer of choice for the last year.

To service their pharma customers, our client is looking for an experienced MarComs and stakeholder specialist to manage one of company`s biggest clients- strategies and operations.

Rather than people management this role is highly strategic and hands on. You will be responsible for the development of strategies for managing internal and external customers, customer engagement, developing satisfaction surveys and online tools to improve customers` experience. Our client has short lines of communication with other senior directors so this will be a great time to join if you are after career progression and the chance to step into senior roles..

Our client is looking for experienced candidates with 4+ years on a similar position. Your background is either Internal and external communications/ B2B and B2C/ Marketing Communications/ marketing consultancy and you can demonstrate ability to work both hands on and strategically. Precious experience as service provider/ facility management is a strong advantage. German and English are both required.
