My client is a Small and Medium Enterprise involved in a new solution provided. For this solution, many partners are involved to find a tailored solution for main pharma actors. The company is concentrated on Belgium for now but depending on results and macroeconomic figures will target the big 5 countries in EU in a near future.

Profile Brief:

You have excellent interpersonal relationship skills alongside with the will to tackle an international challenge. In addition, you are target oriented, by establishing long-lasting relationships with Key account holders, thanks to autonomy but also listening skills.

I am looking for a candidate that has:

At least 3 years experience in a similar position – Business Developer or KAM in the life science industry.

Bachelor or Master, preferably in scientific or commercial terms

You have affinity with the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

You can look back on successful experience in new business development or key account management

Passion for sales and get a kick out of winning new contract

You do not shy away from long sales processes, but just challenge you

You are assertive, result driven, solution-oriented, communicative and know how to approach

Here you work systematically, organized, independently but also in a team

You do not have a '9 to 5' mentality and set the bar high for yourself

You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, French is a bonus.
