They are currently looking to hire a Business Development person with technical background and experience in sales in the automotive indsutry. The company is a global leader in its market and is known for being one of the leading innovators in the industry. Our client offers excellent environment for ambitious professionals. The people from the sales team are all determined into creating an enjoyable friendly and focused environment which is a great foundation for achieving great results while enjoying your work.

Your function:

* Screenomg the developments in the Automotive market to initiate projects.
* Following up these projects together with the technical support team until they go into production.
* You will be involved in crafting strategies for the company
* Building sustainable customer relationships and provide optimal service
* You report to the Business & Supply Chain Director

Your profile:

* Higher technical (master) degree.
* Knowledge of plastics processing in the automotive sector, and you can demonstrate relevant experience.
* Commerical mindset and technical knowledge
* Fluency in Dutch and English. German and French knowledge is added value.
* You are analytical, innovative and results-oriented. Customer satisfaction is top priority for you.
