To support future growth they are looking for an enthusiastic junior HR colleague. You don’t need a huge amount of experience as you will join an experienced team where you have a lot of training and growth opportunities.

On a daily basis you will be dealing with a variety of tasks like: recruitment administration, on boarding procedures, benefit and payroll administration, ad hoc tasks and HR analytics, advisory role to internal questions from employees, this will give you enough variation on a daily basis and the change to really learn the basis of HR procedures. At the same time you will be there for your colleagues and actually try to help and make everyone feel welcomed and happy in the company.

To be successful:
• First experience in people administration or HR administration
• Bachelor degree
• CIPD or working towards CIPD
• Fluency in Dutch, English and high level of French
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different people
• Valid EU passport
• Living in the Zoersel area or willing to relocate
