Wilson James currently provides the PRS – Passenger Requiring Support Service in Terminal 5. Later this year, we will take over the service in the other terminals. We are looking for a HR Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract until December 2020 to provide HR general and admin Support pre and post mobilisation.

As a HR Administrator, your duties will include:

* Provide hands on practical support to the HR Project Manager for the duration of project
* Attend and support the facilitation of group presentations. This may include some out of hours sessions
* Be the first point of contact for all HR queries from the transferred employees
* Right to Work documents scanning and verifying
* Create administration packs
* Creating and maintaining employee records, both paper-based and electronic, ensuring they are up to date, accurate and comply with all governance and legal requirements.
* Scan and file all manual employee records to create a personal file.
* Prepare HR documentation as required.
* Draft bespoke letters and execute mail merges
* Review and analyse employee data
* Create and maintain databases
* Work with the HR Shared Services Team to onboard the transferred employees

Essential Skills

To be an HR Administrator for us you need:

* Strong administration experience, ideally within a HR department.
* Ability to work unsupervised and to be able to prioritise and execute a very busy workload
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan and deliver required outcomes
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Word and Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Discretion as this role will often deal with highly confidential information
* Demonstrate an ability to work standalone and as part of a team
* Ability to work in fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines

Desirable Skills

It would be ideal to have, but not essential:

* Previous exposure to TUPE
* Experience of working in a HR team
* Experience of SAP and Timegate software
