GAME DEVELOPER
Malta

Responsibilities

Frontend development of complex games in Haxe/ActionScript 3 for browser, mobile and Windows
Backend development in PHP/MySQL
Participation in the development process of new games in interdisciplinary teams
Development of game logic and algorithms on the basis of the game design

Requirements

Multiple years of working experience with comprehensive software projects, ideally in games development
Comprehensive knowledge in Haxe/ActionScript 3
Very good knowledge in PHP
Comprehensive knowledge in MySQL
Very good knowledge in handling version control software (especially Git)
Experience in the area UI/UX is of advantage
Experience in handling Flash and porting to HTML5 is of advantage
You are highly motivated and have a passion for video games
You are open towards feedback and you like to work in a faced paced environment
You have a sense of responsibility, willingness, as well as an open and friendly character
You like to take initiative and are able to work independently
You have very good English communication skills in both written and spoken language
You are able to work on a project by yourself, as well as in a team
