Job Description: I am looking for 2 Sr Business Analyst
salary 60k to 65k +
London/Croydon
Permanent position for financial institution

Knowledge/Experience:

*Must have 10-14 Yr. of experience as Business Analyst Role in Financial and Banking Domain.
*Must have strong consultative skills
*Must possess strong business analysis skills
*Must have a strong capital markets knowledge
*Should have good hold on Risk Management concepts
*Would be ideal if the candidate has any exposure in
products like (Adaptiv,IBM Algo)

Job Description

Job Purpose:
*Responsible for requirement definition along with customer.
*Prepare the SRS/FRS (Functional Requirement Specification)
*Prepare Non Functional Requirements
*Management End to End Requirements
*Participate in review functional test cases
*Guide development on business functionality
*Person Specification

Functional Skills:

*Derivatives background - both Exchange traded & OTC,
*Ideally have knowledge of Derivatives operations
*Understanding of risk and position management in a global environment,
*Understanding collateral movements, optimization, margining,
*Analysts with a product background in Sungard Adaptiv & IBM Algo would be an added advantage

Qualifications:
*Graduate/Post Graduate degree with a strong and consistent academic background(any industry certification would be an added advantage)

*Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
*Excellent presentation skills to present complex technical solutions to diverse audience
*Good client management skills with ability to lead& influence and negotiate
*A logical approach to problem solving, good underlying problem solving and attention to detail.
*Must be highly productive when working independently and work well in a team environment
*Ability to work on own initiative (self starter).
*Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment
*Focus on delivery milestones and engage stakeholders for resolution of problems/issues
