Job Description:

The Concierge Service Specialist is responsible for providing world class customer service; answering incoming calls and emails within Service Levels; anticipating and responding to the needs of the customer by taking personal ownership for researching and delivering customer focused tailor made solutions.You will have responsibility for managing their workload by balancing new incoming requests with existing tasks to ensure provision of customer focus and service quality.

This French position will also include taking AXA Home Emergency calls until around Spring next year, we will be getting into the winter months shortly and this is the busiest time for HE calls due to the cold weather and problems with heating and hot water etc. However, this will be reducing around January 2015 for the French team as the French line will be going live with another corporate and so will have to be quite dedicated to the French lines from then on. Please below details of how Home Emergency works and an overview to give the candidate when applying.

The CSS will be first contact with AXA A customers to confirm details on the Home Emergency they have called about e.g. flooding, security, power failure etc. and the phone call will consist of the employee going through a list with the customer to ensure they are eligible for an engineer to be called out and make sure there are no actions which the customer can take themselves, e.g. being able to check the fuse box if the electric fails in the house, so that an engineer is not called unnecessarily.
