Our client is a leading firm in the user interface tool industry focusing on web and desktop. Their software tools are used by more than thousands of developers and designers around the world in a wide range of businesses. The company operates in international sales offices in the United States, United Kingdom and Asia.

They are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (m/f) to join their Sales Team based in Central London. The Inside Sales Rep. is directly reporting to the Director of Sales in London and is responsible for developing and executing sales plans and activities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. He / She drives results through outstanding teamwork, aggressive prospecting, high-touch selling processes, and exceptional customer relationships.


• Develop initial customer relationships;
• New Business Development through prospecting and account management 
• Closing deals by managing and overcoming objections of prospects/ clients;
• Researching accounts, identifying key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements;
• To meet and exceed your sales and revenue quotas and targets


• The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible follow-up and also cold calling into different management levels.
• University graduation or equivalent work experience;
• 1-2 years of Inside Sales/ Sales experience required;
• Near native level of German and English;
• You should be a team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with a desire to work with others for broader success;
• Proven track record ideally in a software environment;
• The ability to accurately enter data and make use of a CRM system;
• You must have been measured on revenue targets before and must be experienced with commission schemes 
• Experience with C-level relationships at enterprise level
• Being comfortable discussing computing IT;
• Competent user of the MS Office;
• Dynamic phone skills and good listening skills;
