I am looking for a Snr Solutions Sales Consultant to join an innovative Fintech Start-up in London. As a Snr Solutions Sales Consultant you will have a track record of selling Solutions to Enterprise Orgs preferably in either Financial, Fintech, Banking, Retail or Loyalty Card arena.

As a Snr Solutions Sales / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for acquiring large, strategic brands to our innovative payment linked loyalty tool. This role will require you to use a range of business development skills to engage with prospects, navigate multiple decision makers and negotiate at senior levels to be successful. This is a great opportunity to thrive in a fast paced, start up environment and be integral to the market growth of this exciting FinTech Company. WE are looking for a Sales Consultant who is strategic and innovative, and has proven experience selling complex enterprise Solutions. As a Sales Consultant you will be hungry and driven but professional and consultative, naturally coupled with excellent presentation skills. You’ll have a demonstrable sales history of over achievement with the P60 to match. We are looking for a Sales candidate that is currently doing well at their current org but need a fresh challenge to reignite their passion, and would relish the opportunity to join a FASTPACED Fintech Start up and make the role their own.

Skills / Attributes

* Demonstrable experience in closing deals in B2B sales, preferably from a loyalty, financial, retail or fintech sector
* Proven track record of regularly achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
* First class communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
* Ability to build relationships and discover prospective client’s needs and leverage this through solution selling
* Enthusiastic, driven, ambitious and hungry to succeed
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Self-motivated, organised with great prioritisation skills
