Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Computer Science student to gain practical experience within this international pharmaceutical company. Mentored throughout by an experienced CSV manager, you will assist in the implementation of quality policies from project phase (commissioning/validation) to full commercialisation following Good Manufacturing Practice protocols (GMP). Activities will include supporting the establishment and execution of validation phases and approval of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other quality documents.  For the selected individual, this will be an invaluable industry experience and great addition to the CV.

• Preparing project-based validation documentation for computerized systems
• Attending project meetings
• Providing support to Quality Operations/Business or Project management and Operations
• Preparing protocols for non-computerised systems
• Responsible for reviewing documents
• Representing IT for client, regulatory and internal audits 
• Supporting IT and Quality for the CSV strategy and work performance in relation to auditors and regulations
• Supporting the compliance management of Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) requirements for the validation department

Personal Skills
• Degree in Computer or Pharmaceutical Science
• Strong interest in quality procedures
• Interest in Pharmaceutical industry
Good to have:
• Awareness of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance(SOX)
• Awareness of Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records(BMRs)
