Job Description

To identify, create and track sales opportunities for specified hand dryer business from Architect through to wholesaler and to manage the sales forecasted pipeline through to completion. Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus. To generate new and capture existing sales opportunities within the construction industry by way of investigation and management of a leads based software package. Achieve set criteria to enable opportunities to create a pipeline of forecasted business and to manage this pipeline to closure

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage a designated profile of building projects using internet based software package and MS office.

Work to achieve set targets for unearthing opportunities to a set criteria

Liaise with Architects, Contractors, Distributors and End users to maximise sales and opportunities

Work with the field to convert pipeline opportunities and maximise sales from prospects whilst managing opportunities to a forecasted pipeline

Ensure all projects are recorded accurately throughout the sales process

People Requirements

Ideally 2 years experience in a dynamic administration or telesales role

Experience or understanding of the building and specification industry

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical understanding of electrical products

Understanding of the constituent parts of the end-to-end process of the business.

Mathematical ability and knowledge of Microsoft word and excel

Capable of working with and manipulating IT systems

Ability to logically analyse data effectively

The ability to recognise problems from all viewpoints.

Be able to understand the commercial opportunities from a variety of building project types, timetables and commercial structures.

Understand the complexity of the commercial relations in the full building process

Identify who to speak to and when in the process they need to be contacted
