Desktop Support Analyst Manager – Telford – 6 months FTC

I am currently working with an organisation based in Telford that is seeking a Desktop Support Manager to join their team. This is for an initial contract with the view of further extensions.

Experience Required

* Manage/team lead Desktop Support staff in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, identifying root cause, and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Deliver PC rollouts
* Deliver windows 10 rollout
* Allocate resources to resolve desktop technology incidents, requests, events daily.
* Enforce, monitor, and support adherence to desktop hardware and software methodologies, procedures, risk, and compliance.
* Educate desktop support technicians on emerging business technologies.

Planning/Project Management

* Develop comprehensive project plans to meet organisational goals, close risk gaps, and improve the desktop client experience.
* Identify and implement technology opportunities
* Monitor business unit technology needs by knowing the department and BBH strategic direction.
* Consult with Systems teams and vendors to determine department systems requirements and solutions.
