My client specialise in the manufacture of complex Electronics instrumentation require a R&D Team Lead.

My client is based in Luton which is commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Harpenden, Hitchin, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, St Albans, Hemel and Leighton Buzzard.

For the R&D Team Lead job, the main duties and responsibilities are:

- Time line management of mechanical, software and hardware engineers
- Manage engineers and multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to develop timelines.

The requirements for this R&D Team Lead job is:

- Engineering Degree qualified
- Experience managing technical teams and projects in an electronic/software/mechanical engineering environment
